Anita Lynn James focuses her main practice area in residential and commercial real estate matters. She has numerous years of experience in handling purchase, sale and refinance transactions for individual clients as well as for companies, both large and small. Ms. James is experienced in all aspects of a real estate transaction from the initial drafting of the Contract and negotiations involved therewith to the actual closing itself. In addition, Ms. James has represented lenders in connection with the review of financing provided to individuals as well as to business entities. She prides herself in maintaining communications with her clients throughout the transaction as well as the attorneys and realtors involved in her transactions.

Corey Klein

Corey Klein joined Hehl & Hehl, P.C., following a one and a half year Clerkship with the Honorable Daniel R. Lindemann, J.S.C., in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union Vicinage. Since joining the firm, Mr. Klein has represented clients in matrimonial matters, landlord-tenant matters, land use, municipal law and various other litigation matters for both individuals and businesses.

Mr. Klein has handled many aspects of litigation, from filing complaints and answers to performing discovery to counseling clients during mediation and settlement conferences to drafting settlement documents. Mr. Klein has appeared in Court for matrimonial, landlord-tenant, and civil litigation matters. Mr. Klein also has represented clients in real estate development matters and has provided advice and counsel on land use law, drafted land use applications, and appeared before municipal boards on behalf of developers. In the transactional law context, Mr. Klein regularly works with individuals and businesses to draft and refine a variety of business contracts. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Klein worked as a print journalist for several years and won awards from the New Jersey Press Association and the Society of Professional Journalists for writing and reporting.
