Anita Lynn James focuses her main practice area in residential and commercial real estate matters. She has numerous years of experience in handling purchase, sale and refinance transactions for individual clients as well as for companies, both large and small. Ms. James is experienced in all aspects of a real estate transaction from the initial drafting of the Contract and negotiations involved therewith to the actual closing itself. In addition, Ms. James has represented lenders in connection with the review of financing provided to individuals as well as to business entities. She prides herself in maintaining communications with her clients throughout the transaction as well as the attorneys and realtors involved in her transactions.
